The Vivo X300 Ultra has been seen in various leaks recently, which have disclosed its likely specifications and features. Now, this smartphone from the Vivo X series has allegedly been listed on the Compulsory Certification site in China. Although the listing does not provide any details about the Vivo X300 Ultra's battery size, it offers some information on its charging capabilities. This model will be the third in the Vivo X300 line, joining the standard Vivo X300 and the Vivo X300 Pro. It is said to come with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. The unannounced Vivo X300 Ultra was found on the 3C website with the model number V2536A and the certification number 2025011606831122. According to the 3C certification, this phone can work with a charger marked with the model numbers V10091L0E1-CN and V10091L0A1-CN, which allows fast charging of up to 100W. The listing did not disclose any details about the battery capacity.

Users on Weibo were the first to notice the Vivo X300 Ultra's listing on the 3C website, a finding that Gadgets 360 confirmed independently. If the 100W charging speed is accurate, it will be a big improvement compared to the current Vivo X200 Ultra, which has a 6,000mAh battery that supports 40W wireless and 90W wired charging. Earlier leaks suggested that the Vivo X300 Ultra will feature a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and a 6.8-inch screen with a 2K resolution. The BOE display is expected to have a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and advanced PWM dimming. It’s likely that Vivo will include a triple-camera setup on the rear, with two 200-megapixel sensors and a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens. The main camera (35mm) is reported to have a 1/1.12-inch sensor. The Vivo X300 Ultra is rumored to have a 7,000mAh battery and may also include a third-generation 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. This smartphone is anticipated to be launched in the first quarter of 2026.

On another note, the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro were introduced in the Indian market last week following their initial reveal in China in October. The Vivo X300 Pro is priced starting at Rs. 1,09,999, and the Vivo X300 begins at Rs. 75,999. Both models operate on Android 16 with OriginOS 6 and are powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor. The Vivo X300 has a 6,040mAh battery, while the Pro version includes a 6,510mAh battery. Both support 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.
