
An Air Arabia plane travelling between Sharjah and Chennai made an emergency landing at Goa Airport on Sunday after a woman passenger complained of chest pain, officials said.
Goa airport Director, K S Rao, said that, “The flight was allowed to land as there was medical emergency on board. The passenger was evacuated and the flight took-off after that.”

The flight was on its way to Chennai, capital of south Indian state of Tamil Nadu and landed at the Goa airport at around 4.30am.
According to the Airport sources, a 70-year-old woman complained of chest pain mid-air due to which the pilot sought for emergency landing.
She was immediately admitted to a private hospital situated next to the airport in Vasco town in western Indian state of Goa.
